Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Anesthesia Equipment Specialist to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As an Anesthesia Equipment Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest level of patient care by ensuring the proper functioning of anesthesia equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of anesthesia machines and equipment in the operating room area.
- Work closely with Materials Management staff to order and maintain stock levels of supplies and agents for anesthesia.
- Assist anesthesiologists as directed and provide support during surgical procedures.
- Meet expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- BLS required.
- Certified Anesthesia Technician preferred.
Work Schedule:
Varies.
Work Type:
Full Time.
