Job Summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Utility Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, coolers, and storage areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Support the dish room during busy periods to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and sanitation procedures.
  • Empty trash cans and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with catering deliveries and pick-ups as needed.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and use clean-as-you-go techniques to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent lifting of up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
