In this capacity, you will supervise residential construction projects, ensuring compliance with quality standards and building regulations. Primary Responsibilities- Conduct inspections of residential properties to evaluate and document required repairs in roofing, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
- Draft comprehensive work scopes to restore homes to safe living conditions.
- Collaborate with homeowners to identify repair needs and manage their expectations.
- Solicit bids, award contracts, and supervise contractor and volunteer activities.
- Ensure all repairs are executed according to scope and quality benchmarks.
- Perform final inspections to confirm adherence to safety standards.
- Associate's degree in business or a related discipline, with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in the construction sector, with a solid understanding of project management.
