Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Child Care Professional. This role involves working with children, parents, and staff to provide a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to families and children.
  • Implement engaging activities and programs for children of various ages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized program space.
  • Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education experience preferred.
  • Passion for working with children and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year
