Your Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Care Agent to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service to our clients by addressing both technical and commercial inquiries effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality communication and support to customers and distributors via phone and email.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation to aid customer understanding.
- Stay informed about product developments through participation in product launches and training sessions.
- Expedite customer requests by coordinating with relevant departments such as purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with the Product Company to resolve quality concerns and relay pertinent information to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions, generating reports as needed.

Qualifications
- A Degree in Business or an Associate's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Compressor Industry or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and database management is essential.
- A strong customer-focused mindset is crucial.
