Job Description

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong leader to oversee the daily activities of Direct Support Caregivers and provide exceptional care to residents.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience working with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid

Salary and Benefits:

An attractive salary range of $43,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, plus benefits including health insurance, PTO, and retirement savings plan.
