Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect, service, and repair cardiopulmonary equipment in assigned territories.
  • Perform preventive maintenance within scheduled time frames to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Sell service business within the territory and work closely with sales to maintain a strong LivaNova presence.
  • Provide corrective maintenance on equipment and ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
  • Responsible for all assigned company assets, including tools, test equipment, inventory, and documentation.
  • Complete timely paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain an action plan for personal development and training to improve job skills and industry knowledge.
  • Work effectively with coworkers, other departments, and customers to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 2 years of technical college or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Representative or Hospital Technician.
  • High level of organizational and territory management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage self and use logical methods to identify and solve equipment-related problems.
  • Strong interactive people skills, customer relations skills, and ability to relate well to a wide variety of people.
  • Strong focus on customer relations and timely resolution of problems.
  • Accountability for field service administrative tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relating to solving equipment problems.
