Key Responsibilities- Inspect, service, and repair cardiopulmonary equipment in assigned territories.
- Perform preventive maintenance within scheduled time frames to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Sell service business within the territory and work closely with sales to maintain a strong LivaNova presence.
- Provide corrective maintenance on equipment and ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Responsible for all assigned company assets, including tools, test equipment, inventory, and documentation.
- Complete timely paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain an action plan for personal development and training to improve job skills and industry knowledge.
- Work effectively with coworkers, other departments, and customers to achieve business objectives.
- 2 years of technical college or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Representative or Hospital Technician.
- High level of organizational and territory management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage self and use logical methods to identify and solve equipment-related problems.
- Strong interactive people skills, customer relations skills, and ability to relate well to a wide variety of people.
- Strong focus on customer relations and timely resolution of problems.
- Accountability for field service administrative tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills relating to solving equipment problems.
- Competitive annual base salary: $75,000-$85,000 + bonus potential.
