Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a service advisor in the automotive sector
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated sales and negotiation abilities with a history of meeting sales targets
  • Understanding of automotive systems and repairs
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software including MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
