  • Formulate and execute a strategic sourcing plan to guarantee the prompt delivery of superior electrical, mechanical, and optical components.
  • Design supplier-specific manufacturing methodologies and quality frameworks to enable partners to deliver high-caliber products consistently.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee processes and metrics for the fabrication, testing, and validation of intricate electromechanical and optical components.
  • Facilitate real-time data acquisition and reporting from suppliers to enhance transparency and efficiency.
  • Proactively initiate and manage corrective measures to resolve quality challenges, ensuring thorough identification and resolution of root causes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • A strong enthusiasm for advancing innovative electromechanical systems.
  • Proven experience in electrical, mechanical, or quality engineering, particularly in the development of high-end, high-volume consumer electronics.
  • Extensive background in supply chain management, manufacturing processes, and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a talent for effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality assurance, reliability, supplier management, statistical process controls, and auditing practices.
