The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the organization to consistently supply products that meet customer and consumer expectations.

Key responsibilities include supervising the daily activities of QA Leads and technicians, ensuring conformance to specifications, and guaranteeing that products are manufactured in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety Practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years of experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity or 4 years as a lead in a manufacturing environment.

Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are desirable, and knowledge of statistics is preferred.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $83,000 annually, plus a $3,000 bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
