Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of IT concepts, terminology, and troubleshooting procedures.
    • Familiarity with various hardware and software systems commonly used in an IT environment.
    • Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management systems.
    • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to identify trends.

    • Active DOE Q Top Secret Clearance for onsite support or DOD Top Secret Reciprocity.
    • Ability to obtain a SCI clearance for onsite support.
