Your Job Description

As a Nighttime Support Worker at Iuditas Memory Care, you will be responsible for observing and documenting any changes in residents' health or behavior, communicating effectively with the care team and families, and maintaining a clean and organized living environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and medication reminders.
  • Provide companionship and engage residents in meaningful activities.
  • Maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.

Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
