Therapist for Student Support

We are seeking an experienced School Based Mental Health Therapist to provide mental health services to students in East Liverpool City School District or Salem City School District.
Responsibilities- Conduct mental health assessments and screenings to identify students' needs.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to each student's unique situation.
- Provide one-on-one, group, or family counseling and therapy sessions.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
- We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and advancement.

- A Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work is mandatory.
- Licensure as a mental health counselor (LPC or LPCC) or clinical social worker (LSW or LISW) in the state of Ohio is essential.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and teenagers is highly valued.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team is crucial.
