ICON Medical Network is seeking a skilled Physician / Hospitalist to join our team as a nighttime medicine specialist. Located in the heart of Oregon, this 44-bed acute care hospital offers an exciting opportunity for medical professionals to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support during night shifts
- Collaborate with intensivists and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams
About the Opportunity
This nocturnist role presents a unique chance to specialize in nighttime medicine while working in a fast-paced hospital setting. With a census of 12 patients on average, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in managing complex cases and making timely decisions.
Working Conditions
The hospital operates 24/7, with anesthesia, ED, and general surgery services available around the clock. You will be supported by tele-intensivist coverage and have access to a range of medical resources to ensure the best possible patient care.
Requirements
- Board certification in internal medicine (BCIM) or family medicine (BCFM) with hospital experience
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a medical team
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development. Estimated annual salary: $250,000 - $300,000 based on location and experience.
