## Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Phoenixville Hospital, a member of Tower Health. As a vital member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.

## Responsibilities

* Perform radiographic procedures, producing high-quality images for interpretation by licensed independent practitioners
* Demonstrate a strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
* Maintain accuracy in radiographic positioning and exposure technique
* Ensure radiation protection and safety
* Prepare, administer, and document activities related to contrast media and medications in accordance with state and federal regulations or institutional policy
* Deliver quality care, remaining sensitive to patients' physical and emotional needs through good communication, patient assessment, patient monitoring, and patient care skills
* Use professional and ethical judgment, along with critical thinking, in performing duties
* Engage in continuing education to enhance patient care, public education, knowledge, and technical competence while embracing lifelong learning

## Qualifications

* Post High School Diploma Program
* Relevant Experience
* ARRT Certification
* BLS Certification
