Responsibilities
  • Maintain production line equipment and update information forms and logs to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure quality requirements are met by following established guidelines and standards.
  • Stack and label raw materials using forklifts and hand-held labeling machines.
  • Operate and maintain weigh equipment, making adjustments as needed to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Implement stock rotation and minimize partial containers to optimize inventory management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
  • Work in a cleanroom environment, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift and move items up to 40 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds with assistance.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive movements.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
  • Must accurately follow verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Ability to perform minor mechanical adjustments and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Must be able to pass the GMP test and obtain area certification.
Additional Expectations
  • Ability and willingness to work in a cleanroom environment.
  • Adhere to cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and plant policies and rules.
  • Complete monthly Compliance training to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Be available for mandatory overtime based on business needs.
  • Be willing to relocate to a different department based on business needs.
  • Wear adequate PPE as required by department.
  • Proactively communicate challenges, concerns, and conflicts with agency representatives.
  • Adhere to Client attendance policy and call-out procedures.
