Job Summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement department, you will be responsible for acquiring materials, equipment, supplies, and services from suppliers to support our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and execute purchase orders in accordance with established operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and evaluate purchase requisitions for proper authorization, item information, specifications, and contractual obligations.
  • Administer high-dollar, high-complexity acquisitions and negotiate with suppliers to finalize cost, delivery, quality, terms, and conditions.
  • Analyze price proposals, quotations, financial reports, and other data to determine reasonable prices.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and new products.
  • Develop and maintain compliant and accurate procurement records, including purchase order files, supply agreements, and related databases.
  • Research and resolve receiving and accounts payable issues.
  • Expedite the solution of any problems arising in relation to delivery date, quality, quantity, or the cost of purchased goods or services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10 years of task-related experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret military specifications.
  • Strong knowledge in build-to-print (CCA, Mechanical).
  • Knowledge of cost and price analysis techniques.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems.
  • Experience in FAR/CPSR DoD-approved purchasing systems preferred.
  • ISM or APICS certification preferred.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
  • Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.

  • Calista shareholders and their descendants.

  • Shareholders of other corporations created pursuant to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act.
