Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Total Resource Recovery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs and providing the best possible solutions to meet those needs.

Total Resource Recovery is a dynamic and growing company that provides respiratory medical supplies and equipment. Our goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and provide the highest quality products to our patients.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • You will assess patient needs and select the best possible equipment and services to meet those needs.
  • You will train and assist with daily operations of Respiratory Therapy, including vents, intake, coverage, and quality assurance at existing and new locations.
  • You will communicate with physicians and patients regarding changes in patient condition and/or needs and carry out adjustments to the Plan of Care/Treatment.
  • You will rotate to various branches to support business and patients as needed.
  • You will track and maintain follow-up on preventative maintenance and schedule visits for respiratory therapy equipment assigned to clients.
  • You will complete patient accounts paperwork, including Plan of Care/Home assessments.

What We Offer

Total Resource Recovery offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
