Lead Trainer Opportunity with QBS

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Master Trainer, providing comprehensive training programs in behavior change and management.

The successful candidate will have expertise in behavioral principles and procedures, with a strong background in working with individuals with autism/DD, traumatic brain injury, and psychiatric disorders. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train, teach, or present to various audiences.

This role requires significant travel, with an estimated 30 weeks of travel per year, including some weekend travel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable traveling alone, managing unexpected changes, and maintaining a strong internet connection for webinars and meetings.

As a Master Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting and implementing QBS training programs, arranging customer site visits, completing paperwork, and promoting customer service and satisfaction.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will contribute to the design, development, and refinement of training materials to meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will also maintain certification as a BCBA and stay up-to-date with current literature in applied behavior analysis.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in consultation and training, preferably in hospital or residential settings, with experience working with high-intensity behavioral challenges.

A Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related program is essential, along with active Board Certification in Behavior Analysis. You will also need strong verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a reliable internet connection.

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $88,000 - $98,000, plus bonus and COLA increase annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health care, retirement plan, life insurance, paid time off, and training & development opportunities.
