Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Front-End Operations: Lead and manage front-end operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to increase sales, implementing strategies to achieve sales goals, and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Store Recovery: Maintain store recovery standards, ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing inventory, to ensure that the store has the right products in stock at the right time.
  • Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing store displays and windows, using visual merchandising principles to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
