- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Store Recovery: Maintain store recovery standards, ensuring that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and processing inventory, to ensure that the store has the right products in stock at the right time.
- Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing store displays and windows, using visual merchandising principles to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Experience: 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and visual merchandising.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
