Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Support Specialist to join our team at Lifelinks. As a Residential Support Specialist, you will provide direct care services to adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
• Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence, socialization, and community integration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless coordination of care and services.
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical interventions as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
