Job Summary:

The Global Supply Chain Technical Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of global supply chain programs and projects, with a focus on technical leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with global sourcing, new product introduction (NPI), research and development (R&D), and project services teams to develop and execute global supply chain programs and projects.
  • Ensure alignment of global supply chain strategies and plans with business objectives and goals.
  • Monitor key milestones and deliverables to ensure successful execution of global supply chain programs and projects.
  • Adapt quickly to changing global supply chain needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely and successful execution of global supply chain programs and projects.
  • Lead global supply chain readiness and gate reviews with cross-functional teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop tools and methodologies to improve global supply chain efficiencies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in global supply chain management, with a focus on technical leadership and program management.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain processes, including NPI, R&D, and project services.
  • Experience working with multinational teams and sites, with a focus on global collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to influence others and negotiate solutions in critical decisions.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with quality tools, including 8D, 5 Whys, QMS, and COE.
  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP, PMO, or equivalent certifications.
  • Direct experience with domestic and offshore Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers.

Pay:

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related reasons.

The annual salary range for this position is $125,000-$150,000.
