Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
  • Conduct inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs
  • Repair and replace equipment, including electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
  • Analyze maintenance problems and recommend effective repairs and upgrades

Requirements:
  • Tenth grade education and three years of experience in equipment, building, and grounds maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing systems

  • Knowledge of janitorial techniques
