ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The compensation for this role ranges from $25 to $35 per hour, based on experience, along with a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days of service. Our employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare, dental and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), vacation days, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. Additionally, this position includes a company vehicle, mobile phone, uniforms, and a tool allowance.
WORKING HOURS
Your typical work hours will be from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM or until the completion of the job. During peak summer periods, work may extend until between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM. Weekend shifts may be required on occasion.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are in search of candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in copper brazing, low-/high-voltage wiring, and system replacements
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliability and dependability
- At least 2 years of prior experience as an HVAC installer
