About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Installer to join our team at A+ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading the installation of complex HVAC systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage installation teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
  • Install and fabricate duct board, copper brazing, and low-/high-voltage wiring
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve technical issues and improve installation processes
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, with a focus on copper brazing, low-/high-voltage wiring, and system replacement
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
  • Dependability and strong work ethic
  • 2+ years of previous experience as an HVAC installer
