Field Operations Manager

Nature's Finest Security LLC is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Field Operations Manager to join our senior management team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day business operations, ensuring operational compliance, and addressing administrative issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective processes to measure the effectiveness of all operations, including budget management and staff scheduling.
- Collaborate with the executive team to determine the company's strategic growth and direction.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects to drive business results.
- Interview and hire qualified applicants to ensure the best talent is joining our team.
- Manage post schedules in Guard Monitoring Software to ensure adequate coverage and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all positions are staffed according to contract requirements and effectively manage branch overtime through proper scheduling and staffing.
- Follow company policies regarding timekeeping procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct disciplinary and counseling sessions with Security Professionals as needed, ensuring all issues are documented and resolved in a timely manner.
- Initiate termination procedures as needed, executing meetings and completing follow-up documentation according to company standards.
- Maintain regular proactive contact with Security Professionals to ensure they are effectively utilized, properly trained, and ready for placement as needed.
- Ensure high employee morale and low employee turnover through effective and proactive communications and timely problem resolution.
- Ensure all hiring, counseling, disciplinary, and termination procedures are executed in a consistent manner.
- Enforce post-specific policies and procedures through proper communication and training, utilizing field training staff as needed.
- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and effective working area, ensuring all daily, weekly, and bi-weekly deadlines are consistently met.
- Prepare and run required reports, reviewing them with the management team and taking appropriate action to address any discrepancies or operational issues.
- Preferred: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related fields.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required, with prior security industry and/or military experience preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional-level experience managing non-exempt employees in a fast-paced, service organization, with prior experience in the security industry, law enforcement, military, and/or customer service highly desired.
- Experience in scheduling, operations, and/or employee management in a service-related industry a significant plus.
- Must be able to secure a valid New York State Security Guard License.
- Experience in Security Management or Law Enforcement, with knowledge of the role of a security guard.
Pay: $65,000 - $95,000/year
