About the Role

The Art Therapist will work with children and adolescents in residential care, utilizing the power of art or music to support their emotional and psychological growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans to support residents' emotional and psychological growth.
  • Conduct therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment for residents to express themselves.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to support residents' development and provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  • Licensure/Certification: LMSW, LSW, LSCSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, LCMFT, or other professional license issued/approved by the state(s) in which you practice.
  • Certification in Art Therapy: Registered (ATR) or Board Certified (ATR-BC).
