Job Title: Treasury Analyst

West Coast University is seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing all banking operations, including inter-company transactions, wire transfers, and positive pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile daily cash transactions to ensure accuracy and prompt completion.
  • Collaborate with the financial aid staff to manage Title IV reimbursements and draws.
  • Conduct accounting activities requiring a thorough understanding of widely accepted accounting principles.
  • Assist with and oversee daily cash management for the organization's operational needs.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of database and accounting computer application systems.
  • Basic Excel knowledge utilizing lookup formulas, filters, and pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills.
  • MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and internet research.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field preferred.

Compensation:

  • $32.75/hour - $47.49/hour.
  • Great Benefits Package.
  • This is a Hybrid position where you will work in our administrative office 3 days/week and from your home office 2 days/week.
