We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Anheuser-Busch. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in engaging our consumers by merchandising store shelves and displays with our globally recognized brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain Anheuser-Busch product displays to meet the needs of our consumers.
- Organize, rotate, and stock shelves at each assigned account to ensure maximum visibility and accessibility of our products.
- Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Install permanent new point of sale (POS) items in retail accounts to enhance the shopping experience.
- Assist in the daily upkeep of the POS Warehouse to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Manage account stockroom by organizing and consolidating backstock to prevent overstocking and understocking.
- Identify, monitor, and report backstock inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Properly secure damaged or defective product to prevent further damage and maintain a high level of quality.
- Follow proper procedure for managing out of stocks at retail accounts to minimize losses and maximize sales.
- Complete daily paperwork and Company documents accurately and efficiently.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with retail partners.
- Ability to lift, load, unload, and move products weighing up to 180 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the job.
- Available and willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
- This position must pass a post-offer background check and drug screen.
