Medical Assistant

Aspire Allergy & Sinus is seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Escort patients to exam rooms and obtain vital signs, medical history, and current medication lists
- Effectively communicate allergy testing and treatment protocols to patients
- Administer subcutaneous, intradermal, and intramuscular injections
- Conduct thorough and accurate spirometry testing
- Navigate EHR systems to record accurate patient health information
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and visitors
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and administer injections
- Ability to manually take patient vital signs
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public
- Completed Medical Assistant Program or Degree
- 1+ Years of Medical Assistant Experience
- 1+ Years of Medical Receptionist Experience
- Medical Assistant Certificate, vocational nurse license, or related experience
- Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
