Job Title: Trial Attorney

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trial Attorney to join our team in St. Petersburg, FL. As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for defending insurance companies in civil trials and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Florida civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy, with excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities:

* Defend insurance companies in civil trials and litigation matters
* Conduct research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies
* Prepare and present cases in court
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
* Stay up-to-date with changes in Florida law and regulations

Requirements:

* J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
* Active license to practice law in Florida and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
* 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense
* Strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy
* Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
