Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and timeliness of maintenance performed at our resort properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in planning, organizing, and directing the operations of the building and grounds maintenance department.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including front desk and housekeeping, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance procedures and quality standards.
  • Assist maintenance technicians as needed to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in maintenance operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
