Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the organization as Chief Executive, responsible for its overall strategy, direction, and success.
  • Champion the mission and vision of the Elizabeth Richardson Center, driving results and growth.
  • Manage the organization's resources, ensuring financial sustainability and accountability to diverse constituents.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures in conjunction with the Board of Directors and committees.
  • Provide leadership and direction to implement the vision, mission, and strategic plan of the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least five years of senior leadership experience in a non-profit organization, preferably in services to people with disabilities.
  • High degree of commitment to serving adults with physical and cognitive disabilities.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000 annually, and the final salary will be based on the individual candidate and skill set. The Moran Company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a retirement plan with a 6% matching contribution.
