Role Overview:

The Quality Assurance Inspector plays a crucial role in maintaining our high standards by ensuring that rental units meet our quality benchmarks. This position involves a thorough examination of rooms to confirm they are clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing. The Inspector will also assist in preparing rooms to meet our standards, enhance turnaround efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail, demonstrate professionalism, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. We offer both full-time and seasonal roles, with full-time positions being eligible for benefits. Housing options may be available based on position and availability.

Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with cleanliness, stocking, and presentation standards.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to uphold service quality.
  • Maintain organized inspection documentation.
  • Engage with guests to address and resolve any inquiries or concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping preferred.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
