Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations, driving sales and profit growth, and maintaining high standards of customer service and crew member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage restaurant operations to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of crew members
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales and profit growth
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred
