Join Nati Trancas Malibu, Inc., a rapidly expanding retail company, as a FULL TIME Stock Control Specialist at our warehouse. This position is vital to our logistics operations and reports directly to the Operations Manager. We are looking for dependable individuals who possess strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize, scan, label, package, replenish, and supervise the dispatch of products.
  • Accurately receive and process incoming shipments.
  • Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • Adjust and monitor stock levels as necessary.
  • Assist with customer queries and product returns.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the warehouse.
  • Support loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
  • Occasionally assist with pick-up and drop-off tasks.
*No forklift operation is required.

Required Qualifications:
  • Team-oriented and able to follow instructions effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a strong focus on detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to exceed performance expectations.
  • Experience with Shopify is advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
Typical working hours are from 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
