Job Description
At Insurance Services Group of the Southeast, Inc., we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents, handling incoming phone calls, completing outbound calls, returning voicemail messages, and providing support or directing calls to the appropriate staff member. If you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and enjoy working independently in a remote environment, we encourage you to apply.

About the Job
- Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
- Location: Remote
- Hours: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to effectively handle customer inquiries

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year commercial underwriting/premium audit experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment free from outside distraction/interruption
