Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Physician's Orders and adhere to established Medical Protocols.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to ensure optimal patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and continuous monitoring of patients.
- Uphold Universal Precautions and maintain a safe environment.
- Observe and evaluate patients for symptoms, ensuring adherence to treatment plans.
- Respond to emergencies and facilitate immediate referrals as necessary.

- Engage in ongoing Training & Continuing Education to enhance professional skills.

- Facilitate medication education for patients initiating new treatments.
- Collaborate with therapists to integrate medical concerns into treatment strategies.
- Participate in regular meetings to discuss patient care and departmental updates.
- Promote efficient use of resources to minimize waste.
- Maintain effective communication with external medical services.
