LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care.
  • Supervise nursing assistants and ensure that they are providing quality care to residents.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved LPN program.
  • Current license to practice as an LPN in this state.
  • Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines governing long-term care.
