About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our Brand team in Chicago, IL. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality designs for digital, print, and offline customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including sales collateral, websites, advertising, events, and social media.
  • Collaborate with the Manager, Visual Design, to ensure all goals and objectives are met.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and internal clients to understand their design needs.
  • Participate in creative brainstorms for brand and product launches.
  • Present creative concepts and designs to the team, effectively communicating your rationale and being receptive to feedback.
  • Contribute to the definition and creation of flexible, coherent design systems and component libraries.
  • Ensure that all visual work is consistent with our brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Art and Design or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of proven visual design experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Strong understanding of typography, design principles, color, trends, and best practices across digital and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
