About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Communications Designer to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our Design team, you will be responsible for elevating the One North brand in our sales and marketing materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual communications work, demonstrating brand expression and information graphics skills. You will be skilled in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and have experience in creating and modifying templates in PowerPoint and Keynote.

You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work and maintain brand consistency across all collateral and platforms. If you are a creative, thoughtful, and passionate designer with a knack for multi-tasking and a can-do attitude, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design high-quality sales enablement materials, including presentations, research reports, and brochures
  • Create engaging social media assets and templates that align with our brand identity and marketing goals
  • Design and manage effective templates for PowerPoint, Word, emails, and newsletters
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for websites, webinars, internal and external campaigns, and events and tradeshows
  • Maintain brand consistency across all collateral and platforms
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in a similar role within an agency or in-house design/brand team
  • Highly skilled in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual communications work, demonstrating brand expression and information graphics skills
