Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Account Manager to join our team at Surface Experts - Lawrence. As an Account Manager, you will be the face of our company, building relationships with clients in property management and facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with 10-15 contacts each day to educate them about our services and work to earn their trust.
  • Conduct on-site visits, phone calls, schedule presentations, and email follow-ups to engage with various industries like Property Management, Realtors, Hotels, Movers, and Construction Companies.
  • Track client interactions from lead to Work Order using our CRM and report data accurately on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for your territory to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Goal-oriented, self-starter with a positive attitude and high level of organization.
  • Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
  • Professional, caring, and service-minded with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with a metrics-based, process-driven sales approach.
