Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the stockroom and sales floor organization and standards.

  • Assist customers with their purchases and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Cashier according to customer service guidelines and register procedures as needed.

Requirements

  • A can-do attitude and a commitment to contributing to a collaborative and respectful culture.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to initiate a conversation and build rapport with customers.
  • Minimum age 16 years.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range is $17.00-$17.50. Part-time associates are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) retirement savings plan after working 250 hours within their first three (3) months of employment.
