**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera software
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
* Identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
* Provide regular progress reports to management

**Requirements**
* 4+ years' experience in construction scheduling or a related field
* Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
