Position Overview

This role is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Construction Manager/Site Operations Lead, overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality control, you will be responsible for managing subcontractors, coordinating scheduling, and interacting with clients throughout every phase of new home construction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction cost, time, and quality to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Control and monitor project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Requirements

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from $80K to $90K, with additional bonuses and incentives.
