Fetal Cardiac Navigator

We are seeking a skilled Fetal Cardiac RN Navigator to join our team at Ascension Seton. As a key member of our Cardiac Services team, you will serve as a liaison between management staff, administration, physicians, and other stakeholders to coordinate efforts for treatment and promote quality improvement and educational efforts.
Responsibilities- Function as a liaison for management staff, administration, physicians, managed care companies, community organizations, and other customers.
- Coordinate efforts for treatment and promotes quality improvement and educational efforts.
- Compile data, track outcomes, and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Provide referrals/support for follow-up care for patients who are uninsured or underinsured.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Bachelors in Nursing.
- Experience in pediatric or neonatal field preferred.
- Cardiac experience preferred.
