We are seeking a skilled Monitor Tech to join our team at MD Anderson Cancer Center. As a Monitor Tech, you will be responsible for the continuous observation and documentation of changes in patient cardiac rate/rhythm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and document EKG / cardiac rhythm, non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) and pulse oximetry (Sp02)
  • Promptly report changes in cardiac rhythms to nurse
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all admissions/discharges/transfers and associated telemetry logs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year prior experience in EKG / cardiac monitoring
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
