Job Description

We are seeking an Account Supervisor to support our Kansas City, KS office. This role is responsible for staffing clients' open positions within the hospitality industry, maintaining client relationships, and managing both client and candidate experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage the HSS workforce solution.
  • Develop recruiting plans and networks to fill open positions, visit channel partners, post flyers, and support social media recruiting.
  • Ensure client staffing needs are met through daily contact and property visits.
  • Source new business in current properties.
  • Track open and filled orders daily and document as required.
  • Partner with clients to arrange training for candidates without experience.
  • Onboard new hires through training and management.
  • Ensure new employees complete background checks, drug screens, and new hire paperwork before working.
  • Conduct and manage candidate interviews.
  • Manage performance issues and employee relations for assignment-based employees.
  • Complete daily activity reports and administrative tasks related to hiring and tracking hours and payroll.
  • Ensure client and talent updates are documented in the system.
  • Conduct safety meetings and provide training to property teams.
  • Attend property morning meetings regularly.
  • Provide excellent customer service through timely follow-up and communication.
  • Complete workers' compensation incident forms and partner with the Risk department to resolve claims.
  • Handle assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in Business, hotel management, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in the staffing industry and on-site management required.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • High level of communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Microsoft Office applications and typing skills.
  • Experience with internet job boards is highly preferred.
  • Approximately 50-75% travel around the local area.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
  • Must be willing to take a drug test.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be legally authorized to drive in the United States.
  • Must have valid car insurance, a driver's license, and reliable transportation for work purposes.
