Grazitti Interactive Inc. is seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager for a remote position. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing initiatives focused on demand generation and growth strategies, enhancing sales enablement, increasing brand visibility, and developing a robust sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve substantial year-over-year growth in qualified leads and pipeline through the development and testing of campaigns, emails, and web forms.
  • Engage with sales operations and customer teams to analyze responses to marketing efforts and enhance engagement strategies for unresponsive segments.
  • Create repeatable and self-service reporting systems for the marketing team to evaluate performance across various channels, content, and campaigns, revealing insights from the data.
  • Refine existing lead/account workflows and establish new ones to meet evolving business needs.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, including email creation, dynamic content development, complex nurture streams, landing page design, webinars, and lead scoring.
  • Automate nurture campaigns to ensure all leads are effectively engaged with relevant content at the appropriate time, fostering relationships with potential customers.
  • Maintain and enhance lead/account scoring systems to accurately identify leads/accounts in the buying cycle for effective segmentation and nurturing.
  • Optimize email and lead nurturing strategies through A/B testing methodologies.
  • Oversee Marketing Operations and ensure alignment with Business Development Representatives on lead lifecycle and quality standards for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Develop target personas and segmentation strategies to refine marketing approaches.
  • Establish processes to assess and enhance the health of the marketing database.
  • Monitor database performance metrics and implement best practices for data optimization and maintenance.
  • Set up quality assurance processes for all marketing initiatives to guarantee accurate data capture and reporting.
  • Integrate and manage new marketing tools to boost the efficiency of the marketing team and improve lead quality.
  • Identify and implement new processes that enhance the effectiveness of marketing operations.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and IT departments.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage automation for improved marketing effectiveness.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot.
  • Hands-on experience in managing targeted email campaigns and social media strategies.
  • Knowledge of account-based marketing best practices.
  • Experience in database management and segmentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SQL.
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is preferred.
  • Basic front-end development skills are a plus.
  • Experience with CRM integrations, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a marketing strategy role.
