Job Overview:

The Mercy Home For Boys and Girls is seeking a skilled Youth Career Navigator to join our team. This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of $50,000-$70,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working with adolescents and young adults, and a passion for post-high school education and workforce development opportunities. Responsibilities include assessing and implementing educational and vocational plans for youth and young adults, coordinating with treatment teams to identify roles in future planning, and developing and managing operational processes related to post-secondary education and vocational planning.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and implement Mercy Model programming with assigned youth and young adults.
  • Coordinate with treatment team to identify roles in youth's future planning.
  • Develop and manage all operational, administrative and programmatic processes and activities related to post-secondary education and vocational planning for youth and young adults in assigned program(s).
